SBS BDL TRAILER LOCK STANDARD

SBS BDL Standard lock is suitable for almost any type of containers, refrigerator semi-trailers, or tractor-trailers, including Schmitz semi-trailers. It effectively blocks the rear swing door and is fitted with a high-quality padlock. The lock can be made in the Master Key or the Key Alike (one key code for all locks) system.

SBS BDL Standard lock has an SCM/VBV certificate and is recommended by TAPA TSR level 2 and 3.

It is a standard and solid device for carriers of valuable goods.

It consists of 2 sections:

Upper section: a cast mounted on the trailer door;

Lower section: a silver part welded or mounted on the lower frame of the semi-trailer.

The SBS BDL Standard is the perfect solution for transport companies that swap/exchange semi-trailers, as it allows each driver to lock the BDL device with his own padlock to make sure that goods remain protected on a permanent basis.

SBS BDL Standard lock is available with PL7000 and ABLOY PL358 padlocks.

SBS PL7000 padlock ÔÇô is one of few padlocks available on market with removable shackle. Unic blocking mechanism can’t be break trough across the use generaly available tools on the market.

Mechanism developed by SBS Holland with upside down cylinder and stainless steel housing.  Those attribute affect on maximum security level.

The keys are equipped in key card, thanks to which we make a backup copies.

SBS PL 7000 padlocs are resistant on corrosion and drilling.

Every single lock with PL7000 padlock can be create on individual key code or in MasterKey system ( one master-key – opening all locks in system) or KeyAlike system (one key code for all locks ).

ABLOY PL358 padlock ÔÇô is one of the best padlock available on the market. Unic blocking mechanism can’t be break trough across the use generaly available tools on the market.┬á Her uniqueness is also due to pulling out the shackles, which makes a product suitable to many SBS lock constructions.

The composition of the steel mixture in the ABLOY PL358 padlock shackle contains an element – boron, which extra hardens steel. Mechanism developed by SBS Holland with upside down cylinder and stainless steel housing . ┬áThose attribute affect on maximum security level.

The keys are manufactured with a high security profile, without the possibility of unauthorized duplication and equipped with a key code card.

Key systems (optional):
Master Key System – the so-called general key system – a special key system made in such a way that with the use of one key you can open any number of locks specified by the Ordering Party. The Master Key system may consist of various types of cylinder (patent) inserts, padlocks or electronic locks in the case of RFiD cards. Master Key systems work well in all types of fleets of trucks because they eliminate a number of problems caused by an excessive number of keys in circulation (e.g. keychains, no control over duplicating keys by unauthorized persons, no possibility to quickly open the door in an emergency, etc. ). The access rights of individual keys in the system may be different. Master-Key is both simple systems characterized by a small number of doors and a simple access structure, as well as large systems containing many different groups of keys, subgroups and combinations. There are few practical limitations to the size and complexity of the system.
The master key system can be divided into 3 basic groups:
KEYED-ALIKE – unified cylinder system – all lock cylinders and padlocks as well as advanced electronic locks (RFiD or Ifob cards) are opened with the same key.
MASTER-KEY – master key system – the master key opens all locks in vans, containers or semi-trailers, while individual locks are opened only with individual keys.
GROUP MASTER-KEY – master key and group key system – designed for large transport fleets, etc. Depending on the organizational structure of the institution – there are several groups of keys in the system that are subject to the overriding Master key that supports the entire system.
